Course Description

The strategy of this qualification is to encourage pathways between courses and to develop pathways to higher education. The intent of this course is to give our students the best opportunities possible to develop the knowledge and experience necessary to gain entry level employment in various establishments within the travel and tourism sector. This qualification is very flexible and is designed to meet a broad range of travel and tourism requirements.

Entry Requirements
Students entering SIT40116 Certificate III In Travel And Tourism must meet the following entry requirements:
  • A candidate must be a minimum age of 18 year & above AND
  • Completed the equivalent of Australian Year 11/12 or Certificate IV or higher
